In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's account by rt99k as part of a promotional offer. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by rt99k before withdrawals are processed. |
| "IDR / Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform. |
| "Services" | Sports betting, casino games, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and all other gaming or wagering products available on the Platform. |
Access to and use of the rt99k Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
To access the Services, you must register a Member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:
Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or through the use of third-party details — is strictly prohibited. rt99k reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and void any associated bets or balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all subsequent points when rt99k requests updated information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. rt99k will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify rt99k immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Your account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise deal with your account or any funds, bonuses, or entitlements attached to it.
rt99k is committed to operating a transparent and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed. KYC may also be triggered by unusual account activity or at rt99k's discretion.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following:
rt99k aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, verification may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. rt99k will communicate with you via the email address registered to your account throughout the process.
If you fail to provide the requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the initial request, rt99k reserves the right to suspend your account and restrict access to your balance until verification is completed. In cases where fraudulent documents are submitted, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
rt99k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through the following locally supported payment channels:
rt99k does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or any payment method not listed above. All transactions are processed in IDR with no currency conversion applied.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change at rt99k's discretion. Members will be notified of any changes via the Platform or registered email address before changes take effect.
Deposits made via Indonesian local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your rt99k balance within minutes of confirmation. rt99k is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transfer receipt for manual verification.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
rt99k offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, coordinated play across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other method rt99k determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at rt99k's sole discretion.
rt99k periodically runs promotions tied to local Indonesian events and public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Nyepi — as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL matchdays, the FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion and do not override these general bonus terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by rt99k. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. rt99k reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets with a manifest pricing error, or bets that exceed the applicable stake limits for a given market.
In the event that odds or game payouts are published due to a manifest error — whether caused by human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — rt99k reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. Winnings paid in error are not the property of the Member and must be returned to rt99k. rt99k will notify affected Members via their registered email address.
Sports betting markets on rt99k cover football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), badminton, MotoGP, volleyball, basketball, and E-sports. The following rules apply:
All casino games and slot titles available on rt99k use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the relevant game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and are independently audited. rt99k does not modify RTP settings from those certified by the originating studio.

In the event of a dispute over a draw result, the official result published by the relevant pool authority shall be final.

All content on the rt99k Platform — including but not limited to the rt99k name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other material — is the intellectual property of rt99k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of rt99k.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rt99k, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:
rt99k's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rt99k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if rt99k reasonably believes that:
Upon termination for breach, rt99k reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, to freeze the entire account balance pending investigation.

Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome and any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. rt99k operates as an internationally licensed platform and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in any specific jurisdiction beyond those covered by its operating license.

rt99k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rt99k will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account and will post a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
